栄養バランスを取りずつ、できるだけ質の良い、
主にスーパーからかき集めた食材を使用し、たまに地元市場を利用することもあります。

Here is my diary of surviving in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 through making high cost performance lunchboxes. I try to achieve balanced diet while choosing ingredients with relatively good quality.
I usually use ingredients that are easy to find from most supermarkets, or sometimes from the local’s wet market.
