Recreation Services is part of the Active Living department within the Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management at the University of Manitoba. We provide membership and recreational programming opportunties for 29,000 U of M students, U of M faculty & staff, alumni and for the general public at both our Fort Garry and Bannatyne campus locations.

Recreation Services offers over 1 million square feet of buildings and spaces dedicated to fitness, sport and leisure. In early 2015, the University of Manitoba opened the newest and most advanced fitness and recreation center in the province of Manitoba. At over 100,000 square feet and across four floors, the Active Living Centre inspires Manitobans to make life vibrant, rewarding and fun.
