Martin Mobberley
Martin Mobberley is a UK based amateur astronomer who joined the British Astronomical Association in 1969, at the age of 11. A lifelong fan of Sir Patrick Moore he has written two popular books about the great man, entitled 'It Came From Outer Space Wearing an RAF Blazer!' and 'Return to the Far Side of Planet Moore!' This channel is mainly devoted to Martin's favourite Patrick Moore video and audio clips which he has collected over the past 30 or 40 years. With Patrick now sadly departed, hopefully
this channel, and Martin's two biographical books, will bring back great memories of the time when a truly entertaining and unique character ruled the world of astronomical broadcasting and writing. We will never see his like again!
