Hi, I'm Rene, a 60-something adventurer embracing my second childhood and making the most out of life on the water!
What began as a boatbuilding hobby has grown into a passion for adventure, community, and sharing my journey. This channel is rapidly expanding my dream and will be dedicated to:
1. Crafting my dream boats—including my current hybrid houseboat build—and sharing every step of the journey.
2. Experiencing the joys of life on the water: from ice fishing and casting lobster traps to boating and exploring new places.
3. Connecting with the boat-loving community, including interviews with fellow builders, craftsmen, and enthusiasts.
4. Living the adventure aboard and ashore with my co-captain by my side, savoring every moment.
