I try to post at least every other day, if not then 2-3 times a week. (As you may notice I havn't been posting much, I guess I'm just chilling for now, I did not quit, I still post videos, but from what I've concluded, I guess I just need a break from things but I definitely will continue to posting, maybe every day of one week then the next week maybe once, you never know.)
