I'm Colin Haynie, a 22-year-old Arm-wrestler who started this channel with my twin brother Connor to share our experiences and knowledge of the sport with the world. Follow my Instagram @colin_haynie where I post on my page.
Since I first made an arm wrestling table at the age of 16 with my dad, I've been hooked on the rush of competition and the camaraderie that comes with being part of the arm wrestling community. Through this channel, I hope to not only showcase my own progress and achievements, but also to create a positive and friendly space for arm wrestlers of all levels and backgrounds to connect and learn from one another.
