Neil Hermes
A scientist by background, Neil has lived in Canberra for over 50 years and has decades of experience in the tourism industry having owned and operated award-winning tour businesses at Uluru and Kakadu in the Northern Territory.
Neil also has extensive experience as a senior national park and wildlife ranger; holding posts in the ACT, NSW, Norfolk Island and the NT, while he was also a director of Australia’s National Science and Technology Centre, Questacon for several years.
A keen ornithologist (bird watcher) and fountain of general knowledge, Neil has turned his talents to guiding our guests around Canberra, the city he has called home for most of his life.
