I created Start with Self because nothing gives me more joy than helping people become more confident and connected to their inner power. In my work, I use various tools, such as hypnotherapy, energy healing, visualization, meditation and yoga. I love my work and I love seeing how people transform once they remember who they truly are and reconnect with their inner power.
