Having moved to Alberta, Canada in 2012, I'm an outdoor enthusiast and a keen, competitive ultra runner, that loves to explore new places by either running or hiking, both solo and with my dogs.

You'll find videos here of training runs and races, along with reviews of dog gear, camping gear, and running gear. There are also videos with lots of tips and advice on all things running related.

If I'm not talking about running, I'll be jabbering away about all things camping, outdoorsy or dog related, and the things I get up to with my three high energy, very excitable Whippet mixes.
