Anna Kallschmidt, Ph.D.
The #unwrittenrules of work for people from #workingclass backgrounds and #neurodivergent folks, with #race and #gender intersections.
My mission is to encourage social class mobility via employment by making unwritten rules transparent and improving workplace #culture. I believe everyone deserves the right to a purposeful life, not just work, and that those sectors support each other. I believe that people and profits don't have to be opposing values, but actually support each other long-term.
I'm an industrial-organizational psychologist with applied experience in public, private, and academic sectors (from public to Ivy League). Contact me for coaching, consulting, speaking, and training at [email protected]
