Who are we?
Karl Bloss retired from an engineering career in the chemical industry to focus on his passion of EVs. Karl is the owner of 4 plug-in vehicles (Tesla Model S, Kia Niro EV, Chevy Volt, and a Zero SR/S motorcycle) and turned his passion into a second career as the EV Education & Outreach Lead with Consumers Energy.
Larry Hudson. Unexpected plug-in driver. Born gear-head, At age 14, rescue 455 Oldsmobile trade for cool little Austin Healey, just before turning 16 Traded for 69 Mack1. So it goes 40 years later. Working on Little V10 Dodge coupe, get invited to deliver brand new 2012 Volt to grand opening of j1772 station, haven't looked back. Finally a plug-in with good looks and affordable. I haven't owned anything else since.
