Hey my name is Springtime and I'm a Classique Style Pole Dancer and Aerialist
XPERT Pole Fitness certified teacher

I've been teaching Pole Dance since 2016 and I’ve had a self practice since 2014.
I compete nationally in Pole and locally perform in the aerial arts.

I started my Pole and aerial journey in my 20's and before that I had ZERO background in dance and flexibility. I bought a pole and started teaching myself at home using Youtube videos.

Pole is a fun and creative way to build strength and burn some calories! I love it because you can make it whatever style you'd like; sexy, sporty, drama etc. Its also super amazing for developing coordination and awareness of the body.
