Ryan Michael

My name is Ryan Michael. I'm 27 years old and my wife and I live in Texas. I'm first a follower of Jesus, next a husband and most recently a girl Dad. I've got a 2-year-old British Lab named Sam. I've had 2 kidney transplants and know what it's like to lose my health and gain it back...twice. My goal is to encourage and inspire other fitness and outdoor enthusiasts to be good stewards of what we have all been given.

Some of my passions are fitness, health, duck hunting, and the outdoors - here you may see a glimpse into my journey.
