Mantra Lounge is a weekly candlelit Kirtan evening in the heart of London. Melody accompanying ancient sacred mantras which have the ability to transform the heart and consciousness.


MAN meaning the mind and TRA meaning to free. This beautiful practice dates back thousands of years, with its roots in deep, authentic spirituality, stemming from the Indian subcontinent. Rhythm, soul, divine incantations and the visceral experience of vocal unity with a room full of others seeking the joy that Kirtan brings. We feel held, heard, connected and the kind of inner contentment that only mantra can give. It’s magic.
