My name is Chidinma Okereke, I am a Certified Health, Safety and Environmental Specialist and Consultant.
Over the years in the field, I have seen that accidents can be avoided, if safety are highly prioritize. I have a strong conviction that all Hazards can be identified to prevent NEAR- MISS, INCIDENTS OR ACCIDENTS THAT MAY RESULT TO FATALITY.
I am here to educate and great awareness to some issues that are neglected in our society that pose danger to our lives and the environment. The Safety I am passionate about is to demonstrate that ignorance is not an excuse to be exempted from DEATH due to performing an UNSAFE ACT IN AN UNSAFE CONDITION. Hopefully this channels will educate people from incidents happening locally and around the world at large in order to prevent subsequent reoccurrence.
