We are Whitemoss Youth Club and Community Centre we have been here for more than 60 years we first started at the old Green Tin Hut at ST Marks Church then Mr and Mrs Elliot opened our Club they wanted somewhere for the kids to go in the area so they opened in 1958 and they gave John Biggs the Leaders role he was the youngest at the time at 21 years old
As from 31 August Whitemoss Club For Young People will be Closed due to LIES by GMYFED AND MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL BETRAYING THE CHARLESTOWN COMMUNITY ALL FOR MONEY AND GREED PLEASE DO NOT USE THE CLUB AGAIN BECAUSE ITS RUN BY LIARS NOW .
They lay our mate Danny Grant to rest today RIP Danny
