Welcome to Knew Life Physiotherapy where we help men, women and children suffering from bowel and bladder problems as well as sexual health concerns. The conditions we treat and/or manage include: chronic pelvic pain, painful sex, bladder leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, pregnancy and post pardum care, urgency and frequency with urination, endometriosis management, post prostatectomy incontinence and erectile dysfunction.
50% of the population suffer from pelvic floor disorders not knowing that pelvic floor physiotherapy is the best form of treatment they can receive to manage these conditions before drugs, surgery and / or diapers.
It is my mission to raise awareness about pelvic floor disorders and start the conversation about these taboo conditions so that people know where they can turn to for help without feeling embarrassed and finally freeing themselves from the burden that these conditions can have on one’s quality of life.
