Academisthan.com is a “not for profit” initiative started by and for the teaching faculty serving the Higher Education Institutions. It is a voluntary attempt to get the entire faculty body in India and across the globe on a single platform. It aims to maintain an updated & exhaustive database, by having teachers to register on its website. Academisthan has no commercial interest.

The initiative aims to aid teacher’s outreach and engagements that would go beyond their institutional geographies. www.academisthan.com is the first and one of its kind e-portal in India which will give full fledged information as a one stop repository about all the teachers serving in different areas of specializations.
