I am a Certified E-RYT500 Yoga teacher, certified Mat Pilates, and ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified fitness instructor. I hold a specialization in Yoga Senior fitness certification. It brings me joy to create fun exercises and routines that focus on different parts of the body. My videos are easy to follow and the exercises have detailed explanations for beginners and active older adults. The classes are challenging but at a slower pace that works well for anyone.
My videos will incorporate different workout styles like Yoga, Pilates , strength training and low impact cardio. Being a senior myself - My focus is to create a gentle full body, low impact video for the active senior or beginners. So regardless of your age - it is never to late to start.
