Rickey Phipps
People are using AI to create some of the darkest things a human heart can imagine, lyrics and art fueled by lust, greed, and pride, then sold off as their own work. I believe somebody needs to stand up and use creativity for something better.
In any battle, both sides use the same weapons. The difference is in why and how. I use AI, but not to write for me. Every lyric I write comes from an honest place, born from real thought and real feeling. My songs aren’t mass-produced. They are heartfelt attempts to reach people with something true.
I take pride in my writing. I spend time crafting every word and shaping every story. I use AI later in the process, just as a tool, to help make demos and polish my sound through studio software. It’s cost-efficient, sure, but it also helps me share my music with the world the right way: real songs, written from the heart, heard by those who still listen for truth.
