Living Proof Homestead

Living Proof is run by Lyla and Mike, and is a place for people to come and learn about homesteading and a more self-sufficient lifestyle.

We live in a small village in Rural Canterbury, New Zealand and made the decision to work towards a healthier lifestyle.

Lyla has both MECFS and Fibromyalgia and since moving and taking a healthier country approach has found some improvement.

Mike loves to create and cook so this channel is a perfect outlet for his creative side with all our preserves, recipes, fermentation and gardening.
