West Bay Club

West Bay Club, located in Estero Bay near the Gulf of Mexico, is a luxury gated community and private golf club spread over 900 acres, with 500 dedicated to conservation. It features 790 residences, including estate homes, high-rise condos, and villas. The community's Bay House facility includes a resort-style pool, fitness center, spa, and the Aqua Café. The racquets program offers 8 Har-Tru tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts. Residents enjoy boating, fishing and more from the on-premises dock which includes a private boat launch and storage. West Bay's private Beach Club, fully reconstructed in March 2024, offering direct beachfront access, a full-service restaurant, valet service, and beach attendants. The West Bay Golf Club features an 18-hole championship course designed by Pete and PB Dye, renovated by Fry-Straka. The Golf Club also offers multiple dining options, from casual at the Niblick Grille and Signature Bar to fine dining at the Golf House.
