Funky Monk was created to spread awareness on overlooked music and impressive art, to an audience of open-minded music lovers.

As a record collector I spend a lot of time digging inside the crates, and often come across forgotten gems from the past, as well as new emerging artists, which serves as a basis for the music that is presented. Focusing mostly on Jazz, Funk, Rock and World music, a collection of carefully selected music, artworks, illustrations and paintings (from artists I support and love), will be uploaded on a regular basis.
