Hey there, I'm ShelbyKay, I'm here to reclaim my life after facing some of the toughest challenges life could throw at me.
From battling the shadows of mental health issues that haunted me for years to enduring the profound pain of a miscarriage in 2021, followed by a wave of physical health issues, my journey has been anything but easy.
But through every trial, I've found strength. And now, I'm here to share my story with you.
This channel will serve as my diary. It's a space where I'm learning to mend the broken pieces of my body and spirit, where I'm rediscovering my lost passions, and where I'm finding the courage to embrace myself, flaws and all.
