The New Sheridan Club
The New Sheridan Club is a social club for vintage enthusiasts, retro-dandies, tweedy dreamers and readers of The Chap magazine. We traditionally meet once a month in the upstairs room of a London pub, where someone gives a talk about something obscure. During the COVID-19 lockdown we had to switch to doing these lectures as live video streams, and we have continued with this even after we are allowed back out into the world. This YouTube channel is an archive of those live video talks (so please be tolerant of variable technical quality!).
Note that most of the talks are webcast live on the night and then a better quality recording is uploaded a day or two later—so you will usually find two versions, one under "Videos" and one under "Live". The former will be the better choice to watch.
Note that the views expressed by individual speakers are not necessarily those of the New Sheridan Club.
