He likes to see his works as a gateway to other worlds; a way to feel different emotions. In a lot of ways, he creates this effect through wonder and awe; a technique that shows the incomprehensible beauty in just a single frame. Marco has found that one of the best methods to achieve this is to make the audience feel like they’re there. Transporting someone to another world that he wants them to see (whether it be a landscape, portrait, etc.) is something he tries to push himself to accomplish with every single shot.
