a local OPEN ACCESS & OPEN RESEARCH music archival project to collect, maintain, preserve, organize and create a usable access to the musical heritage of Tulare County and the San Joaquin Valley of California. Est. in 2018 we strive to document with accurate representation, digitize, and arrange a number of local music albums into a public archives to create a sufficient, coherent picture of OUR music history. Our intention is to make available and share this rich history of musical talent and knowledge for present and future generations.
