Bournville Clarinet Choir
The Bournville Clarinet Choir is a community music project founded by Nigel Wood in 2015. The choir is a recipient of one of the Vision Awards from Bournville Village Trust which allowed for partial funding of this project. This is an opportunity for local players aged 16 or over and of grade 8+ (ABRSM/TRINITY) or equivalent standard of playing, to meet on a fortnightly basis at a local venue.
These sessions will include rehearsals and workshops which will help to hone and develop the necessary musical skills for public performance. The project is intended to create a friendly environment while bringing clarinetists together who aspire to a high level of performance, technical knowledge and ensemble playing.
