I workout 3 days a week, 45m to 2 hours max -and never on the weekends. I do not want to look like a weird over-chiseled gym-guy or a condom filled with peanuts.
Dietwise, food closest to its natural form (not highly processed) e.g. I'd rather eat broccoli than a monotexture, monoflavour, monochrome artificial shake goo, because nature does not produce broccoli-shake. I'm wary of putting any 'food' in my body that requires label. Water. No alcohol or any form of drugs. Strong immune system. I hate routines, so I don't follow 'meal-times', I eat whenever I'm hungry. I'm a good cook and eat homemade food whenever possible. I had a McDonald's burger once - that was a sad day.
Simple, uncluttered stress-free life.
