Welcome! I'm Donna and I LOVE how Pilates can transform peoples lives. I have observed people of all ages learn to move with increased confidence and gain greater mobility and strength through practising Pilates.
Aside from Pilates I love running, cycling, swimming and strength training. From personnel experience, I wholeheartedly believe that Pilates can help athletes improve their performance and aid injury rehabilitation.
I'm passionate about Pilates and love working with a variety of clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. For some, Pilates is a way of aiding recovery from injury or illness. I work with many clients who quite simply want to be more active and improve their level of fitness.
