I am a Success Coach and lifestyle entrepreneur. This channel is for female entrepreneurs building online businesses to unravel overwhelm and what keeps them stuck so they can breakthrough and create the version of success they dream about.
On this channel you’ll find inspirational videos that are based in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science with the aim of increasing “mental fitness”, the ability to intercept sabotaging thoughts and shift to a constructive wiser mindset. Because when you understand yourself, it makes it much easier to make a plan to change and succeed. When you master your mindset, you master your life.
