Shannon Watson
S.A. Watson has always loved writing. When she was a little girl, she fashioned poems in her head, read about Indigenous and Colonial America, and spent hours writing “books” on folded paper. She produced plays, acting them out in costume.
Now, Watson is an award-winning poet and author. Her poetry is in the Library of Congress. Many of her original poems are included in her fiction. Her first book, The Wanderer and the Wolves, explores the history behind Arthurian legend.
When not writing, Watson can be found listening to P!nk’s latest album, laughing her ass off at The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, or staring at the ocean in her native Laguna Beach like she’s never seen it before.
