Pastor Daphne, oldest daughter of Apostles Lee and Doris Rice. Wife to Alex Bruce and a mother of two. March 17, 2019 is marked as the day that Pastor Daphne’s life changed forever; Apostle Doris Rice went home to be with the Lord, and Pastor Daphne was immediately entrusted with the mantle as Senior Pastor of Victory Christian Outreach Church. She has traveled the world, ministering in song through Praise and Worship, and has been blessed to preach the Word of God throughout this nation. However, serving as the Senior Pastor of VCOC has become the greatest honor of her life.
