City Club of Chicago
Since 1903, the City Club of Chicago has been the stage for momentous announcements, historic debates and enlightened analyses of the important affairs of the region. The original City Club members -- the most prominent leaders and opinion-makers in the areas of business, government, media, education and civic affairs have shaped our region's history and played key roles in its seminal events, the landmark elections and the dramatic changes in public policy.
Today's City Club is a vibrant organization taking an active role in the most important policy issues of our times. Our events feature preeminent speakers on topics ranging from health care and mass transit to city development, education and state politics. Through its speakers and forums, the City Club provides an arena for function attendees to explore and exchange ideas and have opportunities to interact with each other.
