Dane Whitted is the former Head Wrestling Coach of Upperman Highschool (TN) and Somers Middle School (NY). He was an Assistant Coach at Lincoln College (IL) and Somers High School (NY).
He is a National CrossFit Champion and owned CrossFit Upper Edge and Lincoln Barbell.
He is a U.S. Army combat veteran.
He is a lifetime multisport collegiate athlete competing in wrestling, football, track, MMA, and strongman.
He holds a Biological Psychology degree from Pace University and has completed the NSCA CSCS, NASM CFT, ISSA CFT, CF LV1, and CF LV2 certifications.
