Hi, I’m Aoife — Registered Dietitian, MSc in Nutritional Medicine, and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I started dieting at 11, trapped in the mindset of “good” and “bad” foods. It led to binge eating disorder and left me three stone overweight. I envied friends with a relaxed, healthy relationship with food — now, I’m one of them.

Whether you’re stuck in a binge-restrict cycle, feeling guilty after eating, or trying to unlearn toxic diet rules, my aim is to give you tools to stop spiraling and start finding peace with food and your body.
