Women are often expected to work like we don’t have kids, and parent like we don’t have jobs. Some days, it feels impossible. I am building Look Both Ways to help give parents stories of women who’ve lived it.

The habits, balance, networks, and tools that give us the best shot at thriving in a season that’s brutally hard, but temporary. How to know when to push, when to pause, and that you’re not alone. Because it is really freaking hard.

My take: ambition isn’t optional. Some of us work because we have an inner drive and want to. Many because we have to. And if society won’t give working moms what we need, we’ll share stories, support each other, and keep aiming for better.
