Hi! I am a trained and personal former chef from NYC. I have since retired and moved to Jamesville, VA. I now live amongst acres of farmland and endless seashores along the Chesapeake Bay. Along with my own garden I focus more upon farm to table recipes and great comfort food mixed with haute cuisine. I like to teach cooking on a more serious level, however, often with an injection of humor.
