Welcome! I hope to inspire love for wildlife w/ my videos which chronicle my wildlife camera trapping and discoveries as I travel. Many of my videos were captured w/ trail cameras, but not all. Be sure to subscribe to stay abreast of my latest additions!

I'm a conservation biologist and certified tracker, and the author of Camera Trapping Guide (Stackpole Books, 2018). The point of the book is to explain how anyone can get great photos and interesting videos with trail cams. No special intuition required! The people whose camera trap work you admire have no special instinct but they HAVE learned to interpret animal tracks and sign, and know something about how animals behave. You can do it too! You just need to find great places to put the camera and my book explains how.

I've given many presentations on the use of trail cameras and wildlife tracking, for conferences, land trusts, Audubon centers, schools, public libraries, etc. Contact me about presenting in your area.
