In 2023 I lost my job (and income) as a full time art teacher due to heart failure, caused by the accidental over medication of my thyroid for 11 months! I've been living on my rapidly depleting savings ever since. So, in October 2025 I decided to document my journey as I attempt to set up an online art business. This includes monetising my YouTube channel, creating a website where I can sell my art lessons, plus an Etsy shop where I can sell my pottery and art (and possibly a Patreon account if I gain a following).
I'm inviting you to follow along on my journey from absolute beginner in her 60's, to successful art business owner and professional YouTuber!
