Hello! My name is Steven Spears, and I'm a licensed professional counselor who holds a master's in clinical counseling as well as a bachelor's in psychology.

My videos are here to help others who, like me, suffer from PVCs and/or SVT. The one thing that I missed when I was going through the most severe bouts of PVCs and SVT was community support. I started this channel to share my story, how I overcame some tough times with these heart issues, and to connect with others who need a little support. It's also here to let you know there are others out there like you! We are not alone!
