Not another brewing channel, I hear you groan. Yep, well like many others I started homebrewing at the start of Lockdown as I suddenly found I had more time on my hands and nothing much else to keep me out of trouble. A lot of water has passed under the bridge and into my fermenter in that time. I've now brewed loads of beer and learned many lessons along the way. This channel is to document my brews and hopefully pass on useful information to like-minded home brewers. I began brewing malt extract kits, progressed onto extract brewing before taking the leap into all-grain, but still brew all of those methods depending on the time I have available.
