I have been a certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer, Mat, Exo Chair, Springboard) since 2018, and I've been practicing since 2016! I've taught at many studios including Club Pilates and small boutiques in CA & NJ. My goal as an instructor has always been to challenge the room without making anyone feel "unsuccessful" at the end of class. My teaching style focuses on clear cues and engaging movements. I believe in simple & effective workouts. At the same time, I love to challenge the body into new shapes and movements - a good cue goes a long way! We'll mix contemporary with classical in nearly every class and hit a full body workout!
