Who Are We?
The American Valuation Society (AVS) is a national network of residential real estate professionals—including appraisers, lenders, real estate agents, and related service providers—working together to strengthen the valuation ecosystem. AVS supports the creation of locally led chapters that foster community, education, and collaboration within their markets. Our mission is to elevate professionalism, encourage cross-industry understanding, and build stronger connections across the residential valuation landscape.
