Life with my crazy, sweet, funny, & loud 19 year old Moluccan Cockatoo, Gotcha!
God is so good, I had the opportunity to give him a forever home in 2014 & I can't imagine life w/out him!
Earning his trust took a lot of work & redirecting negative behavior that was caused in him.
Adopting a parrot is like adopting a 2 year old toddler that doesn't grow up or move out when they turn 18.
They can live 80+ years!
Parrots are a LIFETIME COMMITMENT!!!
85% of parrots are resold, given away, or abandoned within just 2 short years of ownership! Please do all of your research before you consider adopting a bird. They are not meant to live life in cages.
They need us, to do everything that THEY need to be happy and healthy.
Gotcha was troubled, but I never gave up on him & he will be loved by my family forever!
