Shinbukan Budo is dedicated to furthering the practice of Classical Japanese Martial arts and culture bringing it to a global community to experience and share the beauty and skill of these ancient art forms. The organization was founded in 1998 under the guidance of its director, Sensei Eduard Divantman.

The purpose of Shinbukan Budp is to provide a safe and friendly environment for individuals to experience the literary and warrior arts. Through study, students come to experience different viewpoints and develop a more "worldly knowledge" striving for balance and harmony in everyday life. The approach draws students from all ages and walks of life.
