To me, this quote defines how one can mend the heart with music/art when life hits harder at times. Music is the greatest healer for a broken heart. When one understands how deeply music is rooted in a human soul, realizes how important part it is playing in an individual's life to fix back it's wounds.
I'm not too good at playing any instrument or singing but i believe I express my heart through music. So my music is not impressive but it's more expressive.
