एक क्षण गंवाए बिना विद्या पानी चाहिए ; और एक एक कण बचा कर धन इकट्ठा करना चाहिए । क्षण गंवाने वाले को विद्या कहाँ, और कण को क्षुद्र समझने वाले को धन कहाँ ?
Knowledge should be gained through minute by minute efforts. Money should be earned utilizing each and every resource. If you waste time, how can you get knowledge? If you waste resources, how can you accumulate the wealth ?
प्रतिक्षणं विद्या अर्जनीया । प्रतिकणमपि धनं सङ्ग्रहणीयम् । एकं क्षणं व्यर्थं भवति चेदपि तावता प्रमाणेन विद्या न्यूना जाता इत्येव । कणमेकं न्यूनं भवति चेदपि तावत् धनं न्यूनम् इत्येव ।
