VOX-Pol is a world-leading research network on online extremism and terrorism. VOX-Pol’s purpose is establishment of a robust partnering, research, training, and dissemination network that has as its core function comprehensive research, analysis, debate, and critique of topics in and issues surrounding Violent Online Political Extremism.
The VOX-Pol Network of Excellence was established in 2014 with EU funding. Today, it is a global network, with over 30 member institutions from 12 different countries across Europe, North and South America, Africa, Asia and Australasia.
