Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS)

The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States is an Intergovernmental organisation which was established on June 18th 1981, by the Treaty of Basse-Terre and dedicated to economic harmonisation and regional integration among its 11 independent and non-independent Member States.

The OECS has 12 members, spread across the Eastern Caribbean: Antigua and Barbuda, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Martinique, Guadeloupe and St. Martin.
